Entrance fees make a siginificant contribution our finances. These increase as work is completed on each section of the main layout, resulting in more for visitors to see
Profits from the Shop
Profits from the sale of items in the Famous Trains model railway Shop also contribute to our finances.
Sponsors
Each company or firm that is willing to sponsor part of the cost of our exhibitions will receive recognition on our web site and in the model railway exhibition area. Please contact the Chairman, Adrian Maynard in the first instance. See the contact page.
Donations
Individual donations are also welcome. Any person who wants to be kept up-to-date can send us an e-mail address to be advised of updates when they appear on the web site.
Please send donations to the Hon. Treasurer, Famous Trains model railway, Cliff Lodge, Town End, Crich, Derbyshire, DE4 5DP. Cheques, postal orders and bankers’ orders should be made out to “Famous Trains model railway”. If you are a UK taxpayer, you can Gift Aid your donation. The charity will be able to claim 25p back from Inland Revenue & Customs for each £1 you donate. Gift aid forms may be downloaded from the links below:-
